For people who have transferred to Hostplus as part of a Successor Fund Transfer (SFT),  including Intrust Super, Statewide Super, and Maritime Super. 

Information for former Statewide Super and NTG members 

If you were under a former Statewide Super defined benefit arrangement (Salarylink, Old Benefit Member or Deferred benefit), the Hostplus Superannuation and Personal Super PDS only applies for the accumulation component of your super benefit, not your defined benefit component. For information about your defined benefit component or transferred insurance, please see the ‘Statewide Super Legacy Product Guide’ available below.

If you are an NTG member under a former Statewide Super arrangement, you don’t receive automatic insurance cover. Please see the Hostplus Executive PDS and Member Guide to learn more.

Insurance Guide – Transferred Intrust Super Members

This Insurance Guide is for members transferred to Hostplus as part of the Intrust Super and Hostplus Successor Fund Transfer that held Death only or Death and Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) insurance cover immediately prior to the time of transfer.

If you did not hold Death and TPD cover immediately prior to the time of the transfer, then please refer to the Hostplus Member Guide above.
